Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dozen (askdozen.com) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Dozen.

Dozen gives you AI assistants that can research, write, organise your tasks and calendar, send email you ask for, search for jobs, and run code in an isolated sandbox. Actions that reach other people or your accounts, such as sending an email, wait for your approval unless you choose to allow them automatically.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Dozen.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions your assistant takes after you approve them.
• Tell us at once at kerschelsz@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You can use Dozen free, within the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our billing provider, Kelviq, at the prices shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe.

• You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
• If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to your next billing period.
• Paid plans include a monthly amount of AI usage; work beyond it waits for your next period or an upgrade.

Do not use Dozen to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• send spam or unwanted bulk email, or contact people in ways they have not agreed to;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone;
• create or spread malware, or access systems or accounts you are not allowed to;
• probe, attack or try to get around the security or limits of Dozen itself;
• break the terms of the services you connect, such as Google or GitHub.

We may stop a run, limit features or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

What you put into Dozen and what your assistant makes for you is yours. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the providers that run Dozen, only so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.

Answers and work from your assistant are produced by AI models and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially legal, medical, financial or job-application content, and review emails before you approve them. Dozen does not give professional advice.

When you connect a service such as Google, your assistant acts in it only as you ask, and that service's own terms also apply. You can disconnect a service at any time. We are not responsible for services we do not run.

We work to keep Dozen running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever close Dozen, we will give paying customers notice and a chance to export their data.

You can stop using Dozen and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk, and where we can, we will tell you why first.

Dozen is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Dozen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using Dozen after that means you accept the new terms.
